As adventurers, we love the unrivalled performance of fleece to keep us comfortable and safe in the wild. However, there can be a negative impact from these products. When washing fleece garments, microscopic fibres break off, wash down the drain and head out to sea. These tiny plastic fibres can then be consumed by our ocean-dwelling mates. In response, we've teamed up with environmentally conscious German manufacturer GUPPYFRIEND® to help offer an end-of-cycle option so we can continue to enjoy these products without hurting the environment.
The GUPPYFRIEND® Washing Bag is the first pragmatic solution that prevents microplastic fibres from entering rivers and oceans through the washing of synthetic textiles. The broken fibres collect in the corners of the washing bag after washing and can be easily removed and disposed of.

WARRANTIES
1 YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year your Desolve product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free!
LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We are so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Desolve technical kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an branch, punctured it with a thorn or crushed a zip between rocks, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee. Some jobs are easier than others though, so you should check out our Product Care Guide to get the best life out of your gear.
RETURNS
Warranty Issues: Returns for manufacturer faults will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including pics of the fault and proof of purchase.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we'll help you out!

All items purchased on SALE (discounted price) are final. Some products may be exchanged if there are replacement sizes available, but this is at the full discretion of Desolve Staff. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
