Win Back Your Order – Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter:

This competition is promoted by Evolve Outdoors Limited, Unit 11/4, 4 Glover Street, Wellington, New Zealand ("Promoter").

Competition Period:

The competition closes at 11:59 PM NZDT on 25 December 2025 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside of this time and date will not be considered.

Eligibility:

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

Employees of Evolve Outdoors Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Customers must have made a purchase from the Desolve Supply Co website(s) on the specified competition day to be eligible.

How to Enter:

Purchase any product(s) from Desolve Supply Co via the website(s) on the specified competition day.

Entry is automatic upon successful purchase completion during the Competition Period.

One entry per order.

Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.

Proof of purchase must be retained as evidence of entry.

Prize Details:

Three chances to win your order value back.

Each winner will receive a refund equal to the total value of their order.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection:

Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place at Evolve Outdoors Limited HQ on 7 January 2026.

The first three valid entries drawn will be declared winners.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

Winners’ names and locations may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels within five (5) days of the draw.

Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with this competition or any prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, network congestion, or system failures that may affect entry.

General:

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

Born to Battle Summer Photography Competition – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This competition is open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Employees of Desolve Supply Co, Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd, their immediate families, and any associated partners or prize sponsors are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period:

The competition runs from 10 December 2025 to 16 February 2026.

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM NZDT on 16 February 2026.

Winners will be announced on 24 February 2026.

How to Enter:

Submit your image using the online entry form on the Desolve website.

All submissions must meet the following entry requirements:

Entry Requirements:

Must be original photography (taken by you, not AI-generated or stock).

Photo must not feature any visible competitor apparel or branding.

Desolve gear is encouraged but not mandatory and does not impact judging.

Each entry must select one competition category:
– Pro-Level Category
– Big Catch Category
– Sending It Category

Image file must be high-resolution JPG or PNG with no watermarks.

Open to NZ and AU residents only.

Multiple entries are allowed, but each photo must be submitted separately.

By entering, you confirm the image is your original work, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that you have the consent of any recognisable individuals featured.

Judging & Winner Selection:

Finalists and winners will be selected by Desolve’s internal team with input from brand ambassadors @lennonbright and @bluewater_johnny.

Entries will be judged on:
– Creativity and originality
– Emotional or visual impact
– Technical quality
– How well the image represents the chosen category

Photo Usage & Rights:

By entering, you grant Desolve and its associated partners/sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, email newsletters, website content, printed materials, and other campaign use.

You retain full ownership of your image and will be credited wherever reasonably possible.

Photos may be resized or lightly edited for layout purposes, but content will not be altered without permission.

Disqualification:

Desolve reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
– Contains offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content
– Includes competitor branding or apparel
– Violates the entry requirements
– Is fraudulent, AI-generated, or stolen

Notification & Prize Claim:

Winners will be contacted using the email provided on entry.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide delivery details to receive their prize.

General:

Desolve reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time if necessary.

How to Enter:

Update your Desolve Supply Co email preferences to opt into either the “Saltwater” or “Freshwater” interest groups.

Entry Period:

Entries close at 11:59 PM on Friday 29 August 2025.

Prize:

One winner will receive a $500 Desolve Supply Co online voucher to spend at https://desolvesupplyco.co.nz/.

The voucher must be used in one transaction and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Announcement:

The winner will be drawn at random on 29 August 2025.

Scan & Win

Promoter:

This promotion is run by Hunters Element and Desolve Supply Co.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 16 years or older.

How to Enter:

Visit the Hunters Element stand at Fieldays 2025.

Scan your wristband at the checkout area to automatically go into the draw.

One entry per person.

Entry Period:

Entries open on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and close at 5:00 PM on Saturday 14 June 2025.

Prize:

One winner will receive a $1,000 voucher to spend on any rural, hunting, or fishing gear of their choice from Hunters Element or Desolve Supply Co.

The prize will be sent via email and is valid for online use only.

The voucher is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

Winner Selection & Announcement:

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 30 June 2025.

They will be contacted using the email linked to their Fieldays wristband registration and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize.

Sticker-a-Mate Competition – Terms and Conditions

Promoter:

This competition is run by Hunters Element and Desolve Supply Co.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 16 years or older.

Employees of Hunters Element, Desolve Supply Co, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

Collect stickers from the Hunters Element stand (F19, F21, F23) at Fieldays 2025.

Apply one or more stickers to a mate without them noticing.

Take a photo and upload it to Instagram.

Tag either @hunterselement or @desolvesupplyco and use the hashtag #stickeramate in your caption.

Your profile must be public for your entry to be valid.

Entry Period:

Entries open at 8:30 AM on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and close at 5:00 PM on Saturday 14 June 2025.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen based on creativity and entertainment value, as judged by the Hunters Element and Desolve team.

The winner will be announced on Wednesday 18 June 2025 via the @desolvesupplyco and/or @hunterselement Instagram accounts.

They’ll be contacted via direct message and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize.

The Hunter Games: Treasure Hunt – Terms and Conditions

Promoter:

This game is run by Hunters Element and Desolve Supply Co.

Eligibility:

Open to all Fieldays 2025 attendees.

Employees of Hunters Element, Desolve Supply Co, and their immediate families are not eligible to claim a prize.

How to Play:

Visit the Hunters Element stand at Fieldays (Sites F19, F21, F23).

Find three secret words hidden across the Rural, Hunt, and Desolve zones by solving the clues provided on the Treasure Hunt Sheet.

Write your answers on the sheet and hand it to a crew member at the till.

Prize:

The first 500 participants who submit all three correct answers will receive a free Hunters Element or Desolve cap or beanie (subject to availability).

Limit of one prize per person.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Game Duration:

Runs during Fieldays 2025 until all 500 prizes have been claimed.

The game may end earlier if all prizes are redeemed before the end of the event.

General:

Hunters Element reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time if deemed necessary.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Details
Competition details as advertised form part of these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open except for employees (and their families) of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd., Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competitions.

4. Proof of Identity
Proof of identity may be required.

5. Disqualification
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No other family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.

6. Entry Method
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

7. Terms Amendment
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

8. Prize Availability
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winner Cooperation
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph, and disclosure of the county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd. relating to any post-winning publicity.

10. Draw Method
Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

11. Contacting Winners
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

12. Prize Confirmation
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

13. Forfeiture of Prize
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Judges’ Decision
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

15. Modification of Competitions
Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

17. Discrepancy Resolution
